Liiingo uses app-free, language-detecting QR codes to provide seamless multilingual experiences that increase customer engagement and sales for tourism businesses.

The proposed redesign considers the customer's journey during a day at the Smithsonian. Using QR codes, NFC, and traditional e-commerce flows, Liiingo acts as digital a tour guide. After discussions about their clients, the design recommends purchasing ability for tickets and dining, marketing opportunities during and post visit.
Previous designs include content and translation capabilities. Updated designs improve upon the user's experience by simplifying navigation and considering the customer's journey through the tourist location.
